* Send to IntaroCRM new orders and changes for old orders from Bitrix

* Load from IntaroCRM changes for old orders to Bitrix

* Configure relations between dictionaries of IntaroCRM and Bitrix (statuses, payments, delivery types and etc)

* Generate extended YML (YandexML) for catalog loading by IntaroCRM
