Support a location other than the user's home

instead of automatically dumping all the configuration files to ~/file.ovpn, it will do the following:

1) Find location where the script is currently running
2) Make a directory in that folder specifically for config files
3) Store the OVPN files in that folder.

This seems to be a better way to handle the storage, as I always find myself running this script in ~/vpn to keep ~ neat and clean.
