open: fix docs, tileHost

* Updated documentation to match actual parameters (see #53)
* tileHost was completely broken for dzi files. Now it's based on
  the DZI source URL (e.g. `foo.dzi` -> tileHost + `foo_files/` vs. `_files/`).
