fe7ef4bbeb [2.0][DDC-122][DDC-97][DDC-98][DDC-147] Refactored metadata mapping drivers by removing the useless PRELOAD mode. Introduced ClassMetadataFactory#getAllMetadata. 2c27435bb2 [2.0] - DDC-169 - Completed refactoring of SchemaTool::getCreateSql() to use new DBAL Schema API, several internal optimizations in SchemaTool are now possible.
